Let me tell you why
I Turned Stretching Into a Career
Here's the thing: I never planned to be a yoga teacher. I was just someone who discovered that an hour on the mat was the only time my brain would actually shut up. Yoga was my escape from stressful work, and honestly? I got a little obsessed.
I teach the yoga I needed when I started: approachable, practical, and refreshingly free of spiritual bypassing. My classes are for people who sit at desks all day, carry tension in their shoulders like a badge of honor, and haven't taken a full breath since 2019.
Yoga isn't about perfect poses or 'good vibes only.' It's about showing up for yourself, even when (especially when) life is a mess. It's about learning that you can be both strong and soft, busy and balanced, stressed and still taking care of yourself.

Off the matt
I'm usually exploring the city's coffee shops, hiking local trails and trying not to kill my houseplants. I believe yoga is something you live, not just practice, which is why you'll find me taking movement breaks during Netflix binges or stretching in grocery store aisles.
